Two years ago today we adopted our sweet Daisy (sweet today because I feel nostalgic). I had no idea how much affection I would feel for her. She’s very loving, and my best naps are when she’s curled up against the back of my legs on the couch on Sunday afternoons. As best we know she was about 18 months – she’s 3 1\/2 now and just as wide open as when we got her (Jack Russel Terrier don’t you know).  Sometimes she’s a pain – she’ll still pull out of her harness or run out the door from time to time and take off faster than lightening. But we’ve always gotten her back (it’s happened about 4 times) and I’m always glad.<\/p>\n
