Gratitude 2013 – Day 6 – Walks
I am thankful today for walks.
I’ve discovered a new appreciation (not quite love yet) for them – especially first thing in the morning. They jump start my day, clear my head, and make me feel healthy. I am thankful that I am healthy enough to walk and it gets better every week.
I encourage you to take a walk today if you can – even a five minute walk will make you feel better!
I agree! Walks are wonderful! They can make you feel so much better, physically AND emotionally – – – AND it gives you the chance to see up close the beauty all around us!
We often take a walk in the evening. Gives my wife and I a chance to talk without distractions.
O yes, there's nothing quite like a good walk to start your day off.
