Who Are You REALLY?

It’s Wednesday and this is supposed to be my day that I devote to writing . . . yet I consistently let myself get sidetracked. I wonder if this is telling me I shouldn’t rely on only one day a week for writing? I work a part-time job in addition handling some of my husband’s office work and of course being wife and mother. I believe this has been a handy excuse not to write – especially seeing as how I have time to play on Facebook, Twitter, watch The Voice and Celebrity Apprentice.
We all have excuses for not doing what we say we are (writer, singer, student, friend, health conscious, etc). Who do you say you are, but your actions don’t back it up?
Now, time for me to write – the A to Z Blog Challenge starts Sunday!
You probably get to today and just want to chill!
I'm all set for the Challenge.
Hmm, Good question.
A writer maybe? no I do write, how about a carpenter? nope I do that too. Maybe a Christian? Ah, there's somewhere I seem to get wrong way too often. Oh well, what can I say, I'm trying, very trying in fact.
Blessings, Geoff.
Now that’s a thought provoking question. I tell people I’m a homemaker; a full-time daddy. Men who hear this laugh, silently. Women, however, congratulate me on taking up the challenge.
True, I’m a full-time daddy, but I consider myself more of a domestic manager than anything else.
I was a single father with two tiny babies. The women loved it, the men admired it, my children thrived on it.
God bless the real fathers of the world, and that includes you.

Woops! Sorry about that!
Hi Sheila! Thanks so much for stopping by my blog yesterday and commenting 😀
Yes, I am signed up for the A-Z Challenge and I am looking forward to the madness 😀
Best of luck on the writing. I totally understand! Being a wife, a full time student, and working part time myself, I know what a balancing act it can be to carve out that writing time. You can do it!
Cheers,
Jen
