Driving . . . one of my favorite things
I love to drive. I suppose it gives me a sense of power and control and FREEDOM. I had an absolutely horrible driver’s education experience. Midway through I decided I hated driving and didn’t care if I didn’t get my license. I just wanted to get away from the instructor. Fortunately my parents didn’t listen and made me stick it out. It was a proud day when I got my license. I have enjoyed driving ever since.
I think about my father who had to give up driving because of his eyesight. He misses it a lot. I never realized how much driving equals freedom for many of us.
Think I’ll go take a drive!
I'm a "driver" too! I used to make up excuses to drive my car (used to have a Mercedes) and now I have an Acura TL. Lurvs the luxury cars ~

It does equal freedom. I enjoy it when there are no other cars on the road. Then I can go as fast as I want!
I enjoy driving too, most of the time. It was just the teensiest bit stressful in the UK : ), but we all persevered and managed to only lose a side mirror once or twice. Enjoy the A-Z!
One of the things I do when I get stressed out or mad at something is to hop into the car and just drive. Occasionally, I imagine that I'm skipping town for the open road and leaving all the problems behind. But then I remember that being a grown up is about facing issues and I go home. But that thrill of the open road, the thrum of the music, the trees whipping by, that's magic!
Driving is freedom. Good choice for D.
Hopefully, nobody ever takes that right turn, despite what that arrow says.
They'd probably get wicked wet.
I used to love to drive, until I moved to DC and started dealing with the insane traffic and aggressive drivers. I'm now a white-knuckler. ;-(

It took me four attempts to pass my test! I was traumatised by the forth one and was so nervous. Still not sure how I passed lol
