my thoughts on life

January 2, 2008

January 2, 2009 by Sheila Siler

It is January 2nd and I’m starting out with a “new” house. We have spent the last week moving the boys into different bedrooms, moving the home office upstairs out of the basement, and throwing out bags and bags of trash and giving away stuff to a local ministry thrift store.

I turned 48 on the 31st and feel good about life. I’m fat, but healthy. I plan to try and put more activity in my life.

I’m headed to the presidential inauguration later this month with my brother and can’t wait.

The boys are both headed toward braces and I’m working a part-time job 15 hours a week with Kids Voting that will help pay for that.

I’m trying to develop my writing more, thus this blog.
