Nutella

I discovered the addiction of Nutella only last year (I think). I had heard of it, decided to try it, and oh my. Then even worse, I found that if I bought it at Costco I could get two BIG containers for only a few dollars more than one SMALL container at any other store. What is it? Well, it’s like chocolate heaven without being all chocolate. It’s made of hazelnuts and cocoa, but it tastes like chocolate to me. It is wonderful on toast, a substitute for peanut butter in a sandwich, straight out of the jar . . .
But my personal favorite? One plain bagel (toasted or not). Take whipped cream cheese and dab on your bagel in four spots. Then fill in the four open spots with Nutella. What do you have? A heavenly explosion of sweet and cold and creamy deliciousness. I don’t let myself have this often, but when I do? I’m definitely in a good mood all day.

My kids just introduced this to me last month! I'm not too sure I love it, but I think if I do the cream cheese thing, that might be really really addictive!
Nutella is fantastic with bananas. There's also Nutkao, which is the same type of product made by a different company. Many people have a definite preference between the two. I haven't done a true taste test with both of them in front of me, so I really don't have an opinion at this point.

It's good? My wife says the commercials remind her of vegemite.
I had Nutella for the first time in Italy years ago. It's completely divine. I love to dip pretzels in it.
This is a mean post and makes me want sweets! Better go have a beer to kill the craving!
Nutella and Fluff: the new Fluffenutter Sandwich! Plus, you can stir a spoonful or twelve into your coffee. Also, replace the butter with Nutella in a basic butter cream frosting!
My daughter and I love it, the boys – it's okay.
"O" will take care of the sweets . . .
Ooohh.. . Nutella in coffee . . .
Being European, I've been lucky enough to grow up with nutella (you'd find it difficult to avoid the stuff in Paris!) Having loads of it wrapped up inside a hot crepe is my favourite 🙂
