Vacation . . . one of my favorite things
I love vacations, be they small or big. You probably guessed that if you’ve been watching my blog posts this month. A vacation gives me an opportunity to gain new perspective. When my kids were little I can’t say they were relaxing, it was the same work just in a different location. Nowadays the vacation might be tiring because we’re packed with activity trying to get in as much as possible (our trip to California) or because we’ve rented a house and still have to “live” (cooking, laundry, etc.) But it doesn’t matter. Vacations are energizing even if they are physically tiring. I always come back with something new. Either a new attitude, a new thought, a new goal. I love vacations!
Totally agree! A vacation is a must as is an occasional so-called staycation!!
It's so sad- I've never been on vacation. I have traveled for college stuff but vacation…not so much.

When this Challenge is over, I'm going to need one!
I was lucky enough to have a holiday in the middle of the Challenge! It was for my dad's birthday. I'm sorry I missed a few days but I'm energised to finish now!
Hi Sheila, thanks for stopping by and commenting on my blog.
If you love vacations you should come down under. We get 4 weeks annual leave each year.

Deb, I would LOVE to come down under! Not going to happen this year or next (planning an Alaskan cruise for next year to celebrate our 25th anniversary), but who knows? It could happen 🙂
Thanks for becoming a follower.
One of my favorite things too! I'm on a mini holiday right now : )
With our lifestyle, we're always on a vacation. I love my wife's job!
